About the Customer Technical Support Role

KAFAAT Recruitment is seeking a Customer Technical Support (CTS) professional to join a client's team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing expert technical assistance to customers, focusing on the effective resolution of issues related to the company’s ink products within a manufacturing environment. The role is designed to enhance customer satisfaction through timely support and technical guidance.

Core Responsibilities

The Customer Technical Support specialist will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at ensuring customer success and product performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support and consultation to customers concerning water-based and solvent-based ink products.
• Assisting customers with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues and product-related inquiries.
• Conducting on-site and remote technical support visits as required to ensure optimal product performance.
• Collaborating with Sales, Production, and R&D teams to address customer concerns and develop tailored solutions.
• Delivering product training, usage guidelines, and technical documentation to customers when necessary.
• Collecting customer feedback and reporting recurring technical issues to contribute to product quality and service standard improvements.
• Ensuring timely follow-up on customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to company policies, safety standards, and relevant industry regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must meet specific educational and professional criteria to ensure they can effectively perform the duties required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Technical Support or a comparable technical role.
• Demonstrated experience in assisting customers with the resolution of technical issues, particularly related to ink or chemical products.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Mandatory experience working within an industrial manufacturing environment, with specific knowledge of water-based and solvent-based inks.
