About the Technical Support Specialist Role
2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with strong troubleshooting capabilities and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality IT support to end users in a dynamic environment. The role involves addressing a range of technical issues and ensuring efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Respond to support requests received through ticketing systems, phone calls, or emails.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Support remote users utilizing remote access tools.
- Document reported issues, their resolutions, and relevant processes within the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or a similar technical support role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- A customer-focused approach dedicated to delivering high-quality support.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of computer systems, hardware components, various software applications, and network connectivity principles. Familiarity with ITIL best practices is considered an advantage.
