Job Description
We are looking for a customs clearance coordinator to support and enhance the operations of the logistics and customs clearance department in Riyadh. This position involves coordinating shipments arriving at the ports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and ensuring the completion of customs clearance procedures and their delivery to the company's premises efficiently.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on customs clearance procedures for incoming shipments.
  • Understand and manage the Harmonized System (HS) codes for the company's products.
  • Register incoming shipments and complete required approvals such as SAV and BER before the shipment arrives.
  • Coordinate and negotiate the transport of shipments from the port to the company's warehouses.
  • Follow up and deal with customs brokers and compare prices and service quality to choose the most suitable.
  • Act as a point of contact with the warehouse regarding incoming shipments.
  • Communicate with international suppliers in English.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • The ability and willingness to learn customs clearance procedures.
  • Previous experience in logistics and customs clearance is preferred.
  • Work location: Riyadh.

Employment Type:
Full-time position from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Priority will be given to Saudi nationals.
