Systems Arabia is seeking a D CRM Techno Functional Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The position is for an immediate joiner or a candidate available at short notice.

Role Overview

The D CRM Techno Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role involves working with both on-premises and cloud-based D365 CRM environments, translating business requirements into effective CRM solutions, and providing ongoing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing CRM support and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and improve user experience.
• Utilize Dynamics DCC experience to support relevant business requirements and processes.
• Assist with system upgrades, deployments, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Demonstrated experience with both on-premises and cloud-based D365 CRM environments.
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
• Some experience with Dynamics DCC is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Preferences

• Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia (KSA) with a transferable Iqama are preferred due to urgent hiring requirements.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are strongly preferred.
