InfoTech Business Solutions is seeking a Data and AI Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the successful delivery of projects, managing them from the post-sales phase through to completion.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and execution of data and AI projects. This involves coordinating necessary resources, allocating budgets effectively, and meticulously measuring project performance and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes and adherence to strategic objectives.

Technical and Operational Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, including tracking milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, and addressing potential issues or delays.
• Oversee all project-related documentation, maintaining accurate records, updating project files, and ensuring timely completion of necessary paperwork.
• Visit project sites regularly to oversee operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and liaise with on-site teams regarding project-specific challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Contractors, and other stakeholders, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork among team members to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints, working closely with the Finance Department.
• Identify potential risks and devise appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead and coach the project team, cultivating an environment of empowerment and ownership.
• Develop team capabilities and secure a solid succession plan for key roles.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee individual development plans.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, with a preference for experience in data and AI initiatives.
