About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to join the voco™ brand in Riyadh. This is a full-time, contractual position with the potential for extension. The role is based at voco® Riyadh, located on King Fahad Road in the city's business district.

Role Overview

The Demi Chef De Partie will play a key role in assisting the kitchen operation, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity in food preparation. This position involves contributing to daily production planning and menu development, while strictly adhering to food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall management of kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality in all food prepared.
• Contribute creativity and innovation to the food offerings.
• Support the planning of production to meet daily requirements.
• Assist in the development of appropriate seasonal menu items.
• Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commi Chef, with a proven track record in high-volume food production.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Dedication to providing exceptional service and continuous improvement.
