About the Role

Fast Fit EMS, a prominent EMS fitness company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join its Marketing team in Riyadh. This role is integral to enhancing the brand's presence and supporting business growth across the Kingdom by developing high-quality visual assets. The Designer will collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and performance marketers to create compelling creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness across all marketing channels. This full-time position reports to the Head of Marketing and offers an opportunity for a designer to contribute to innovative fitness experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create high-quality visual assets for digital and print formats, including social media content, advertisements, banners, posters, and business cards.
• Utilize expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to produce polished designs.
• Employ Figma for collaborative design processes and rapid prototyping of creative concepts.
• Create engaging motion graphics and video content for various platforms, including VSL scripts, reels, and short-form videos.
• Maintain and uphold a strong sense of brand identity, ensuring consistency in typography, color palettes, and layout across all materials.
• Collaborate effectively with copywriters, video editors, and performance marketers to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
• Adapt visual styles across different formats, including digital, print, and motion, while demonstrating attention to detail and cultural awareness for the KSA market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A portfolio submission is mandatory, showcasing work in social media creatives, print design projects, and motion graphics/video work.
• Applicants must provide a Behance profile, personal website, or PDF portfolio.
• Candidates may be required to complete a short design assessment during the interview process.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar creative role.
• Experience within the fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or premium service brands sector is highly desirable.
• Experience working within the Saudi Arabian or GCC market is considered a strong advantage.
• Adobe Certified Professional certification is a plus.
• Completion of design bootcamps or formal creative certifications is advantageous.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in digital and print design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities in social media creatives, ads, banners, posters, and business cards.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and rapid prototyping.
• Skills in motion graphics and video editing for VSL scripts, reels, and short-form content.
• A strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience in designing for fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or premium service brands is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Arabic typography and Right-to-Left (RTL) layouts is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, video editors, and performance marketers.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and cultural awareness specific to the KSA market.
• Experience working with performance marketing teams and campaign creatives is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role offers an exceptional work environment with opportunities for career growth and specialized training. The company provides 5 working days per week and 30 days of paid annual leave.
