About Elegant Cotton and the Role

Elegant Cotton is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing & Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Al Olaya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing our online presence, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update products on the website, including uploading new items, adjusting prices, images, and inventory regularly.
  • Monitor website performance to enhance user experience (UX), ensuring smooth navigation and seamless purchase and payment processes for customers.
  • Oversee order processing and shipping, tracking incoming website orders and coordinating with shipping partners for timely delivery.
  • Provide basic technical support for the website, addressing minor issues and liaising with developers for major malfunctions.

Digital Marketing and Analytics

  • Ensure proper integration and activation of marketing tracking tools, such as Meta Pixel and Google Tag, for accurate website visitor tracking.
  • Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance website content and achieve higher rankings in search results.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics to drive optimal results.
  • Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management detailing campaign performance, costs, and suggestions for improvement.

Customer Engagement and Sales

  • Manage company social media channels (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook), responding to customer inquiries to generate sales.
  • Provide prompt and interactive responses to customer inquiries across all platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, DM) to convert leads into buyers.
  • Conduct direct sales through social selling, offering consultations and suitable solutions via chat to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver professional after-sales service, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases through exceptional and personalized support.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and recurring complaints, escalating insights to management for product development and future marketing campaign enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytics tools (*, Google Analytics), advertising management platforms, and basic design software (*, Photoshop or Canva).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience to handle customer interactions calmly and professionally.
  • Proven ability in creative thinking, data analysis, budget management, and organization.
