About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset and have a collaborative approach to meet team goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Oversee all stages of campaign management including planning, setup, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance return on investment (ROI).
  • Enhance and grow our social media presence.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email campaigns, and social media management.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and strong proficiency in English.
  • Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
