Director Market Analytics and Contracts

About the Role

King Salman International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Director Market Analytics and Contracts. This full-time role involves leading commercial forecasting, market analytics, and contract management. The Director will leverage data-driven insights to identify commercial opportunities and ensure agreements align with KSIA’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market research and benchmarking to assess global trends, commercial opportunities, and space utilization.
• Analyze passenger demographics, spending behavior, and route-level data to support concession selection, zoning, and pricing.
• Lead scenario analysis and commercial forecasting under various market conditions.
• Monitor commercial performance and identify contract risks, including underperformance, delayed payments, and expiring agreements.
• Develop commercial contract frameworks covering performance indicators, variable rent terms, and tenant service obligations.
• Support commercial contract structuring and negotiations through data-driven insights on leasing models, revenue sharing, and pricing.
• Monitor contract performance and develop financial models to support renewals and new commercial opportunities.
• Analyze regional and global airport markets to identify emerging commercial trends, concession formats, and potential partner profiles.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field is required.
• A Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent is required.
• At least 4 years of this experience must be in a managerial position.
