About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Director - Revenue Cycle Management to lead the enterprise-wide revenue cycle function within the Medical City ecosystem. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, requires 12-15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. The role is critical in driving revenue optimization, operational efficiency, payer strategy, and compliance across all Medical City assets.

Enterprise Revenue Strategy and Optimization

The Director will define and execute the comprehensive revenue cycle strategy for all Medical City facilities. This includes leading initiatives in pricing strategy, service monetization, and payer mix optimization. The role will also focus on identifying and implementing innovative revenue models, such as bundled care, subscription-based services, and value-based reimbursement, to maximize revenue realization and ensure full integration between clinical, operational, and financial processes.

Integrated Revenue Operations Leadership

This position is responsible for establishing a standardized and fully integrated revenue cycle model across hospitals, clinics, sports medicine, and wellness services. Key oversight areas include patient access, eligibility verification, coding, billing, claims processing, collections, and denials management. The Director will ensure seamless coordination among clinical, administrative, and finance functions to optimize revenue capture and operational flow.

Financial Performance and Payer Strategy

The role entails ownership of revenue forecasting, budgeting inputs, and financial planning related to revenue streams. Performance analysis will focus on trends in denials, write-offs, underpayments, and collection efficiency, with insights presented to executive leadership. Furthermore, the Director will lead payer negotiations and contract structuring in collaboration with finance and leadership, monitor payer performance, and develop strategies to enhance competitive positioning within the payer ecosystem.

Digital Transformation and Governance

A key aspect of this role involves leading the implementation of advanced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms to drive digital transformation. The Director will develop real-time dashboards and predictive analytics capabilities to foster continuous innovation. Additionally, the role ensures adherence to coding standards, regulatory requirements, and billing compliance, establishing internal controls to mitigate financial and compliance risks, and leading audit readiness.

Leadership and Qualifications

The Director will build and lead a high-performing revenue cycle team, developing internal capabilities in coding, billing, analytics, and payer management. A culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement will be fostered. The required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration, coupled with 12–15+ years of experience in healthcare RCM.
