About the Role

Ericsson is seeking a Domain Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to the coordination, management, and execution of critical maintenance activities and change requests.

Role Overview

The Domain Support Specialist is responsible for providing a higher level of support for both proactive and reactive maintenance. This includes the timely and accurate implementation of change requests, with a specific focus on the allocation, configuration, activation, and testing of services and resources to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that services delivered to customers maintain continuous availability and meet defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
• Perform trend analysis to proactively detect potential failures, facilitating 2nd level restoration and repair based on internal analysis or prompts from 1st Level Operations Service Function processes.
• Guarantee that Ericsson delivers technical solutions in strict accordance with agreed change request specifications, collaborating with customers to ensure changes are correctly implemented without negative impact on service availability.
• Act to fulfill service or resource requirements, particularly in scenarios demanding comprehensive, high-level network knowledge or specialized end-to-end knowledge of specific products or services.

Required Skills and Activities

• Ability to conduct Change Introduction impact analysis.
• Competence in 1st Level Preventive Maintenance Definition and Coordination.
• Experience in performing 2nd Level Routine Maintenance for selected systems.
• Capability to provide Change Fall Back Decision Support.
• Proficiency in Security Preventive Maintenance Definition and Coordination.
• Skill in performing access database audits.
• Aptitude for KPI reporting design and definition.
• Knowledge of Event correlation and filtering definition.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience in a technical support, operations, or related domain. A foundational understanding of network operations, service delivery, and maintenance processes is beneficial for this role.
