Join Jouna Company as an E-commerce Manager
We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our e-commerce platform. This role is vital for ensuring seamless daily operations, from order processing to product management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations including order receiving, payment processing, and shipping coordination.
  • Ensure website performance and responsiveness for an exceptional user experience.
  • Coordination with warehouse and production to update product availability on the website.
  • Supervise product addition, removal, and price updates.
  • Work with marketing to improve interface and apply promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure secure online transactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze customer behavior trends.
  • Provide customer support and maintain communication regarding order status.
  • Regularly evaluate employee performance and supervise training programs.
  • Lead a multicultural team toward shared business objectives.
