1. Establishing and operating the online store platform
  • Participating in the preparation and establishment of the online store.
  • Uploading products and managing categories, content, descriptions, and images.
  • Monitoring the technical readiness of the site and coordinating with the developer when necessary.

2. Managing orders and daily operations
  • Tracking orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse regarding stock, preparation, and shipping.
  • Resolving operational issues and monitoring shipping delays.

3. Coordinating with shipping and payment companies
  • Managing daily relationships with shipping companies
  • Monitoring electronic payment gateways and ensuring they work correctly.
  • Opening technical support tickets when problems arise.

4. Improving customer experience
  • Responding to customer inquiries electronically.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and preparing weekly reports with observations.

5. Updating and managing content
  • Updating prices, stock, and seasonal offers.
  • Continuously adding new products based on shipments.
  • Preparing professional descriptions for products.
 
6. Reporting and analysis
  • Preparing weekly reports on sales, visits, and top-selling products.
  • Analyzing delivery issues and finding solutions.
  • Proposing simple improvements to the workflow.

7. Supporting the marketing team
  • Preparing discount codes.
  • Uploading banners and advertising materials to the store.
  • Tracking campaign results and linking them to orders.
