Job Announcement – E-commerce Store Manager (Clothing and Retail Sector)

Nebras Limited Company announces its need for an experienced and highly skilled e-commerce store manager to manage and operate the online store and ensure the best results in the clothing and retail sector.

Requirements:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in managing e-commerce stores.
  • Excellent experience in the clothing sector.
  • The ability to develop and improve customer experience and increase sales.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and managing products such as (Zid, Salla).
  • High skills in tracking, analyzing data, and performance reports.
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and dealing with advertising platforms.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Full supervision of the e-commerce store operations.
  • Manage and improve customer experience and respond to inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory, upload products, and update them continuously.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales and performance.
  • Implement marketing plans in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Develop work mechanisms to ensure achieving the highest levels of quality and satisfaction.
