About the Role

Alomar Holding Company is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize the daily operations of its online stores. This full-time position is integral to supporting brand visibility, enhancing customer experience, and driving commercial performance across multiple brands and sales channels. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all online activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate all company online stores on a daily basis.
• Upload, update, and organize product information, including images, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and stock availability.
• Create and manage promotions, discount codes, bundles, seasonal offers, and website banners.
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers, branches, and shipping companies to maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on delayed orders, failed deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer complaints.
• Respond to customer inquiries across various channels including website chat, WhatsApp, social media, and marketplaces.
• Ensure accuracy of product prices, VAT settings, shipping fees, payment methods, return policies, and delivery information.
• Manage and update stores on platforms such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, Amazon, Noon, or similar.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to prepare campaign assets, product images, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Monitor store performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, customer experience, and sales.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, orders, product performance, stock issues, returns, and operational challenges.
• Maintain clean and accurate product, inventory, order, and customer data across all e-commerce platforms.
• Support the launch of new stores, products, sales channels, and online campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating an online store, beyond marketing or social media roles.
• Practical experience using at least one e-commerce platform, such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, Amazon, Noon, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Experience with product uploads, pricing, inventory updates, and order follow-up.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, returns, customer complaints, and liaising with shipping companies.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse teams, suppliers, branches, and shipping companies to ensure accurate inventory and timely delivery.
• Experience communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and complaints across various channels.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to maintain organized product data, pricing records, stock updates, and order status tracking.
• Experience managing multiple online stores or brands concurrently.
• Good English communication skills.
• Fluent Arabic communication skills.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, online campaigns, and sales reporting.
• Familiarity with basic e-commerce performance reporting metrics (sales volume, conversion rate, AOV, return rate).
• Experience coordinating with marketing and design teams for content preparation.
• Certifications in e-commerce platforms or digital marketing tools.
• Availability to join within 30 days or less.
• Willingness to support stores during peak periods and urgent operational issues.
• Familiarity with communication tools such as WhatsApp Business, email, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
• Ability to use e-commerce dashboards, marketplace portals, inventory systems, and order management tools.
