About the E-Commerce Specialist Role

Kitchen Bazaar is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and maintain its online store for luxury hospitality and serving ware. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a candidate adept at ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Core Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website. Key duties include:

  • Managing and updating product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
  • Creating, uploading, and maintaining product content in both Arabic and English, ensuring it is complete and optimized.
  • Developing and executing promotional campaigns, including discounts, seasonal offers, and special sales events.
  • Updating website banners, homepage content, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to implement digital campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitoring website functionality, identifying technical issues, and reporting content-related errors.
  • Communicating with developers and technical support teams for website improvements and issue resolution.
  • Conducting regular quality checks to ensure optimal user experience and smooth website operation.
  • Analyzing website content to recommend enhancements for engagement and conversion.
  • Maintaining brand consistency and quality across all website content and visual presentations.
  • Preparing periodic reports on website updates, product management, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Prior experience managing e-commerce websites or online stores.
  • Proven experience with content management and product listing.
  • A basic understanding of web technologies and website administration.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, promotions, and online customer engagement strategies.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with technical and design teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • The capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Additional skills that would be beneficial for this role include:

  • Experience with custom-built websites and various e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic graphic design capabilities for creating banners and promotional materials.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
  • An understanding of user experience (UX) principles and online customer journeys.
  • Experience with website troubleshooting and issue reporting processes.

Work Environment
