About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking an experienced Enforcement Procedures Team Leader to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience to manage and oversee critical operational procedures within the bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures, providing clear instructions to subordinates and monitoring their adherence to ensure controlled operations related to SAMA Executions Orders, Instructions, and Inquiries.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations assigned to the team, ensuring compliance with established standards, SAMA Circulars & Regulations, and internal procedures.
  • Manage the execution of orders and instructions, including processing payments, setting up monthly collection garnishments, and handling SAMA correspondence.
  • Monitor compliance with approved operational procedures and policies, ensuring all activities align with SAMA requirements and internal controls.
  • Review procedural deviations, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and conduct periodic reviews of operational processes to assess control effectiveness.
  • Identify procedural gaps, recommend enhancements to strengthen operational governance, and monitor the implementation of new or revised procedures.
  • Prepare compliance and procedure monitoring reports for management review and provide guidance and support to team members in control activities.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, focusing on SAMA guidelines, business process enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
  • Participate in projects related to SAMA Executions Orders, Instructions, and Inquiries, as sponsored by SAMA or the Bank.
  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.

Required Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of operations processing and systems within Banking Executive Procedures.
  • Understanding of SAMA and other applicable rules and regulations.
  • Intermediate understanding of Riyad Bank's main processing systems.
  • Intermediate understanding of SARIE Payments and other payment products.
