Role Summary: Engagement Manager

MOZN is seeking an Engagement Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading the end-to-end implementation and successful delivery of MOZN’s AML and Fraud Intelligence products for enterprise clients. The Engagement Manager will ensure the effective deployment and adoption of solutions, acting as a critical link between MOZN and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle of MOZN’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud solutions for customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of client engagement.
• Understand customer AML/Fraud workflows and ensure proper solution configuration to meet specific needs.
• Oversee integration processes, data mapping, comprehensive testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage project plans, identify and mitigate risks, facilitate clear communication, and ensure overall delivery quality.
• Support customer onboarding, provide necessary training, and ensure go-live readiness.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud environments, and enterprise integration principles.
• Solid knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), transaction monitoring, Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, and fraud prevention methodologies.
