About the Enterprise Account Executive Role
Camunda is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive II for the MEA region, based in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on expanding Camunda's presence within large enterprise accounts, particularly in the Public Sector. The position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the success of Camunda in a key growth market, working within a values-driven, product-led organization.
Role Overview and Context
Camunda provides an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes. The platform offers built-in governance, auditability, and human oversight to facilitate the safe and scalable transition of AI from pilot to production. Camunda is transforming into an AI-first organization, utilizing its platform to automate and orchestrate intelligent processes. Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a designated territory within the MEA region, concentrating on large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees) in the Public Sector.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers in both business and IT departments, fostering meaningful and long-term value discussions.
- Create and implement strategic account plans that align with customer objectives and Camunda's growth targets.
- Generate new sales pipeline through outbound campaigns, collaboration with ecosystem partners, and proactive prospecting.
- Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles utilizing established methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales.
- Collaborate effectively with Camunda's Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience within the MEA region, with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling to large enterprises (5,000+ employees), with a focus on the Public Sector vertical.
- Proven capability to navigate complex buying organizations and influence IT and business stakeholders at the C-level.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
- Comfort and initiative in building new pipeline from the ground up, demonstrating grit and ownership.
- Native proficiency in Arabic and fluency in English.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Camunda's product or process automation platforms.
- Experience in a product-led or open-source software company environment.
- An interest in process improvement, automation, and assisting customers with modernizing legacy systems.
- Ability and willingness to utilize Camunda's product for demonstrations or learning purposes.
Compensation Information
The Annual Total Target Cash range for this position is: United States: $244,*** to $394,***; United Kingdom: £153,*** to £252,***; Singapore: S$303,*** to S$455,****
