About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to executing and operationalizing Enterprise Architecture (EA) governance, ensuring that architectural principles and standards are integrated into solution delivery and investment decision-making.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager plays a critical role in aligning technology initiatives with approved enterprise direction. This involves embedding architecture principles, standards, and reference models throughout the organization's solution delivery lifecycle and investment processes to drive compliance and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

  • Architecture Governance: Participate in EA processes and architecture reviews. Perform detailed assessments of architecture proposals against EA principles, standards, and reference architectures to ensure compliance. Govern system changes and new projects to ensure adherence to EA standards, continuously review standards, and monitor compliance across initiatives. Manage architecture exceptions, including documentation, impact assessment, and escalation.
  • Portfolio & Investment Alignment: Map applications and initiatives to business capabilities and strategic objectives. Identify redundancies, solution and technology reuse opportunities, and consolidation/rationalization candidates. Provide analysis and evidence to support cost-efficiency initiatives driven by EA.
  • EA Enablement & Process Improvement: Facilitate the practical use of EA principles, guidance, and reference architectures. Plan, design, and recommend processes to improve and support EA activities. Analyze and document EA requirements and processes.
  • Standards, Artifacts & Repository Management: Collaborate with domain architects to create, maintain, and manage EA standards, reference models, and artifacts. Populate EA artifacts, views, and viewpoints. Ensure EA documentation is clear, usable, consistent, and conformant with EA standards.
  • Delivery & Change Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with relevant departments during projects and changes. Support delivery teams to ensure EA standards are understood and followed. Act as the working-level interface between EA governance and delivery teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5-10 years in architecture design and systems integration within large-scale enterprise environments, multi-domain architecture, and Agile delivery models.
  • Expertise in architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF.
  • Expertise in application platforms, cloud services, and architecture standards.

Essential Skills and Certifications

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

  • Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF and Solution Architect certifications.
  • COBIT certification (preferred).
  • PMP certification (optional).
