About the Role

Lifera is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Senior Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Risk Management Framework. The ERM Senior Specialist will identify, measure, and mitigate potential risks across financial, operational, strategic, and reputational domains to support corporate objectives.

This is a full-time position focused on contributing to Lifera's risk management practices and organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update the Enterprise Risk Management framework, aligning with international standards such as ISO 31000 or COSO.
• Facilitate risk workshops with department heads and stakeholders to identify emerging threats and assess their impact and likelihood.
• Maintain the Corporate Risk Register and oversee departmental sub-registers, ensuring data accuracy.
• Support senior leadership in defining the organization's Risk Appetite Statement and develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor risk exposure.
• Collaborate with "Risk Owners" to design and implement internal controls and track mitigation action plans.
• Prepare risk dashboards and quarterly reports for the Risk Committee and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Risk Management.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Enterprise Risk Management framework development and implementation.
• Proficiency with ISO 31000 and COSO risk management standards.
• Strong capabilities in Risk Identification and Risk Assessment methodologies.
• Experience in Risk Register Management and maintaining risk documentation.
• Experience in defining and managing Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Proficiency in Mitigation Tracking and Internal Controls development.
• Excellent reporting skills, including the creation of Risk Dashboards.
