Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania is seeking an Event Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving event sales, cultivating strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of various events. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
Core Responsibilities
The Event Sales Executive will be responsible for maximizing event revenue and delivering exceptional service by:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities for meetings, events, and group bookings.
- Building and maintaining client relationships to foster repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
- Conducting sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote hotel event facilities and services.
- Preparing proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders accurately and professionally.
- Coordinating with operational departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and providing accurate information on event packages.
- Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to the hotel's overall revenue goals.
- Maintaining current knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensuring all client requirements and event details are effectively communicated to relevant departments.
- Providing customer service before, during, and after events to ensure a positive experience.
