About the Events Sales Account Manager Role

Everhires is seeking two high-performing Events Sales Account Managers to drive market expansion in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a proactive approach to sales, combining lead generation with consultative expertise to secure and manage high-value event opportunities from concept to execution.

Strategic Growth and Lead Generation

The primary focus is on expanding market reach through strategic business development. This involves identifying and engaging key stakeholders within local and international firms, representing the company at industry events, and implementing independent outreach strategies. Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold approaches, social selling on platforms like LinkedIn, and networking is essential. Continuous monitoring of competitor activities and industry trends will identify new opportunities for service offerings.

Proposal Development and Client Engagement

This role involves leading the entire pitch and proposal lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions to thoroughly understand client briefs, deconstructing complex tender documents to identify key success factors and risks, and directing creative and technical teams to develop innovative and feasible proposals. The Account Manager will also be responsible for crafting detailed financial bids that ensure competitive pricing while protecting company margins, and independently building impactful presentations using modern software tools.

Operational Handoff and Data Integrity

A critical aspect of the role is ensuring a smooth transition of won projects to the delivery teams. This includes leading internal kickoff meetings to clearly communicate project scope and deliverables to the Project Management team. Maintaining high accuracy in the CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce/Odoo) is mandatory, encompassing all communications and providing reliable monthly revenue forecasts.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience within the Events Industry or a comparable high-stakes service sector such as Production, Luxury Marketing, or Agency environments. Proven success in securing large-scale projects and managing multi-national key accounts is required. The ability to maintain composure and professionalism under the high-pressure deadlines characteristic of the event industry is essential. Proficiency in modern presentation software and CRM systems is expected, alongside superior verbal and written communication skills capable of presenting complex ideas persuasively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role demands a blend of independent work and collaboration with internal creative and technical teams.
