About the Executive Secretary Role

RESTART is seeking a dedicated Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to its executives and senior management. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of executive functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Assist in preparing project-related documents and executive reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in an Executive Secretary role.
  • Experience within the construction or engineering industry is advantageous.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience with document control and general office administration is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role involves supporting executives and senior management, requiring a professional and discreet approach to all tasks.
