About the Role

ScoreCarts is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and support its merchandising team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of merchandising strategies by managing and guiding a team of merchandisers. This role involves regular field presence to monitor performance, provide support, and maintain high standards across assigned retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor merchandiser performance and adherence to standards.
• Prepare and manage work schedules and route plans for the merchandising team.
• Ensure merchandisers are visiting assigned stores according to the planned schedule.
• Track merchandiser attendance, productivity, and store coverage metrics.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to the merchandising team to enhance their performance.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records, primarily using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with management to ensure the consistent execution of merchandising standards.
• Follow up on issues identified during store visits and ensure their timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising supervision or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and record-keeping.
• Ability to effectively manage schedules and coordinate field activities.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
