Financial Partnerships Manager

About the Role

CAMAC Talent is partnering with a global leader in payments and fintech, currently expanding its operations across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Financial Partnerships Manager to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing key relationships within the payments ecosystem and supporting market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with acquiring banks, alternative payment methods (APMs), and card networks.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with key industry players, including Visa, Mastercard, and mada.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve favorable operational and commercial outcomes.
• Support market expansion initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the broader region.
• Develop partnership strategies, commercial agreements, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Business Development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience within the payments industry.
• Background in payment processing, acquiring, or payment partnerships.
• Experience managing relationships with acquiring banks, PSPs, or card networks.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A combination of relationship management, operational, and project management experience.
• Strong understanding of payment flows and the wider payments ecosystem.

Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must either be currently located in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
