The Role:
Your mission is straightforward: help members become stronger and healthier in 30-minute sessions. You will be responsible for leading small group workouts, demonstrating exercises, and keeping sessions engaging and safe. In addition to coaching, you will foster community among members by welcoming newcomers and assisting with their fitness journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conducting small-group, circuit-based workouts
Ensuring a fun and motivating atmosphere
Supporting members of all fitness levels
Assisting with studio operations and maintaining a premium environment
