Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dynamic HIIT-based group classes that are engaging, safe, and effective.
  • Provide personalized guidance and coaching to members during workouts.
  • Motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain a safe training environment.
  • Adapt training methods to suit different fitness levels and abilities.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and represent the Orangetheory brand professionally.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
  • Certification in personal training or group fitness (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of HIIT training principles and functional fitness.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
