We are looking for a professional baker with experience in preparing dough and baking in a traditional tandoor oven. The ideal candidate must demonstrate precision, commitment, and high product quality.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and handle dough through all stages (mixing – kneading – fermentation – shaping).
  • Bake products in a traditional tandoor oven with proper heat control and professionalism.
  • Monitor dough quality to ensure ideal texture and taste.
  • Comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and handle work pressure.


🔹 Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with a tandoor oven.
  • Good knowledge of different types of flour and fermentation methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctuality and strong discipline.
  • A valid health certificate is preferred.
