About the Role

Keeta is seeking a skilled professional for a full-time Fund/Treasury Operation role based in Riyadh. This position requires 5-10 years of experience in global treasury management.

Treasury Operations Management

The role involves overseeing global treasury operations, ensuring accounts are in normal status, and managing account lifecycle processes including opening, amendment, and closure for various account types. This includes bank, securities, and third-party payment accounts. A key responsibility is the independent and efficient resolution of KYC and compliance issues. Redundant accounts will be periodically reviewed and cleaned up to improve utilization.

Payment and Settlement Oversight

This position will manage cross-border transaction settlements and address any related issues across multiple countries. The role requires optimizing payment routing for efficiency and fund security, while maintaining strict adherence to AML, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements. Exploration and implementation of diversified settlement solutions are also expected, ensuring all treasury operations comply with applicable local regulations.

Systems and Process Optimization

The role includes identifying and assessing risks associated with manual processes. Proactive engagement with product and engineering teams is necessary to define requirements and drive the implementation of system solutions for identified issues. Continuous optimization of payment and account management workflows, along with the establishment and refinement of standardized overseas treasury operating procedures, are core functions.

Compliance and Internal Controls

Ensuring that all external information and materials comply with internal management requirements and local regulations is critical. The role requires establishing robust internal control measures and effective segregation of duties to mitigate operational and fraud risks. Timely completion of month-end close and audit work are also essential duties.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 5-10 years of global treasury management experience. Prior treasury management experience at a multinational corporation or headquarters is preferred. Familiarity with corporate treasury processes, accounting treatments, internal control standards, international settlement, cash management products from major global banks, and foreign exchange regulations in key markets is required. Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, structured framework building abilities, and effective cross-functional communication are essential. Proficiency in English and standard office tools is necessary. The ideal candidate will have high risk awareness, the ability to balance fund security, operational efficiency, and cost management, and be adaptable to working across time zones and handling urgent situations.
