General Accountant

Accountant required to work in a micro-enterprise group, with at least 3 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and have a good understanding of electronic accounting systems and international accounting standards.

Main tasks:

• Preparing and recording daily accounting entries

• Preparing monthly and annual financial reports

• Monitoring customer accounts

• Managing expenses and revenues and reconciling bank accounts

• Preparing estimated budgets and monitoring financial performance

• Participating in tax return preparation

• Dealing with external auditors and auditing accounts

We are looking for a skilled accountant to join the Wolfline Motorwork team in the Riyadh branch. He will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, monitoring financial balances, actively participating in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports, and preparing tax returns, in addition to supervising inventory movements and ensuring the accuracy of records and reconciliation between the system and actual inventory.

Main Tasks:

• Preparing daily entries and monthly financial reports.
• Monitoring bank accounts, clients, and suppliers.
• Monitoring and updating inventory balances and recording movements.
• Contributing to financial performance reports and analyzing costs.
• Preparing and analyzing annual budgets in coordination with management.
• Conducting periodic inventory checks and verifying discrepancies.
• Coordinating with management to ensure financial and tax compliance.
• Supporting the preparation of budgets and periodic reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience of no less than two years in accounting, preferably in the automotive or inventory sector.
• Good knowledge of accounting software (such as Zoho or QuickBooks) and Excel.
• High accuracy in work and the ability to organize data.
