Job Summary

In the real estate sector as an AP/AR Accountant, responsible for managing the daily operations of accounts payable and receivable for tenants and suppliers. Ensures the accuracy of financial records, timely collection and payment, and supports monthly and annual closing activities. This position works closely with the property manager to support budget preparation, financial analysis, and property profitability reports.

Main Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of accounts receivable for tenants

Prepare, review, and process tenant invoices

Record tenant payments accurately, follow up on overdue accounts receivable, and collection

Reconcile tenant accounts

Support monthly and annual closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations

• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and property profitability reports

• Maintain accurate financial records in accounting and property management systems

• Coordinate with the property manager to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines

Eligibility and Employment Conditions

• Transferable residency valid for at least 3 months

Technical Skills and Reporting

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting) for developing interactive dashboards and financial analysis using Power BI

• Ability to prepare and present financial and management reports using Microsoft PowerPoint

Strong financial analysis skills, including trend analysis and variance analysis

Experience in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review
