NMR Group, a pioneering firm in investment and development, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant specializing in real estate and construction accounting. Your Role:
  • Manage full-cycle accounting for property management and construction projects.
  • Ensure accurate recording of transactions and journal entries.
  • Handle VAT & WHT compliance and filings.
  • Apply IFRS standards (expense classification, revenue recognition, progress billing).
  • Support financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Have 3+ years of real estate accounting experience.
  • Have strong knowledge of VAT, WHT, and IFRS.
  • Are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Have excellent English communication skills.

Position Overview
The Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with approved financial policies and procedures.   • Maintain proper filing systems and documentation for all financial transactions and records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (*, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
