We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for security services to join our team at Iman Group for Agencies, Trade, and Contracting.

About the Role:
As the Operations Manager for security services, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of security services. You will contribute to attracting new projects and coordinating various activities to enhance performance and efficiency in security and protection operations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in managing and operating security services
  • Trusted security background
  • Proficiency in technology and equipment used in security and protection
  • Ability to prepare reports and plan for marketing security services
  • Experience in applying for security tenders and bringing projects
  • Excellent knowledge of security and safety rules and procedures
  • Proficiency in dealing with security monitoring and surveillance systems

  • Strong understanding of steel grades and fabrication support services.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Familiarity with ISO, AISC standards, and project-based procurement.
  • Experience with procurement KPIs in ERP dashboards.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, project-driven environments with varying demands.
