About Satel Launchpad

Satel is opening the next intake for Satel Launchpad, a four-month paid graduate development program. This program is designed to identify, develop, and place high-calibre graduates across Satel’s operating units. Participants will work within a live system from the first day, engaging in real work with direct consequences.

Program Structure and Placement

All participants enter the program through a standardized process. The initial two weeks serve as an active evaluation period, structured and observed to assess performance, attitude, and fit. Based on this evaluation, participants are placed into the unit where their contributions are anticipated to have the most impact for the remainder of the program. Academic background informs placement recommendations, while performance during the evaluation period determines the final assignment.

Available Units for Placement

• Leasing: Manage the enquiry pipeline, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling viewings, and tracking conversion from initial contact to attended tours.
• Listings: Publish and maintain property listings across all platforms, ensure visibility of available units, and monitor generated demand.
• Marketing: Support content production, social media publishing, and campaign execution across Satel’s channels.
• Operations: Follow daily operating cases across communities from request initiation to closure, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
• Facilities Management: Track maintenance and readiness requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure units are prepared on schedule.
• Resident Relations: Handle daily resident communication, log and resolve concerns, conduct community visits, and identify early indicators of resident attrition.

Program Terms and Work Environment

This is a full-time Graduate Trainee position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring 0-1 years of experience. The program duration is four months, with monthly payments. Evaluation checkpoints are scheduled at Week 2, Month 2, and Month 4. Satel operates from Saturday to Thursday. Several units involve property visits and field presence in addition to desk work. A permanent role is earned through performance during the program, rather than being granted upon completion.
