Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong design sensibility, capable of translating complex ideas into visually compelling solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both leadership and executional excellence to a broad range of design projects, while upholding and evolving the brand’s visual identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, digital communications, and corporate materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams to develop creative strategies that support business objectives.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all internal and external communications.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting quality standards and strict deadlines.
  • Provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers and freelance collaborators.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends to introduce fresh ideas and maintain a modern, relevant brand presence.
  • Support the development and refinement of brand guidelines and visual standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 57 years of professional design experience, with a proven record of delivering high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital, print, and branding.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or other design tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to receive and integrate feedback constructively, and to provide thoughtful critique when reviewing others’ work.
