Responsibilities: - Designing advertising and marketing publications for social media platforms. - Managing and coordinating the company's identity across social media channels. - Designing profiles, reports, and presentations. - Preparing and editing videos and short promotional clips. - Producing motion graphic works and intros using After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Implementing professional designs using Photoshop and Illustrator. - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns and creative content. Qualifications required: - A minimum of two years of experience in graphic design and creative production. - A complete understanding of visual identity fundamentals and real estate marketing. - High skill in video editing and professional output. - Ability to work within a team and under time pressure. - High artistic sense and ability to transform ideas into impactful designs.
