Job Summary:The Housing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing company-provided accommodations across multiple locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that housing facilities are well maintained, safe, and compliant with company standards while coordinating daily operations with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of company housing facilities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure cleanliness and proper accommodation standards.
  • Arrange maintenance requests and follow up on repairs and facility issues.
  • Conduct regular housing inspections to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage room allocations, occupancy records, and housing logistics.
  • Coordinate furniture, appliances, and housing supplies requirements.
  • Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained.
  • Handle employee housing complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding housing needs and availability.
  • Prepare basic reports related to housing status and occupancy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in housing, facilities, or accommodation supervision.
  • Good coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good command of English (required – written and spoken).
