About the Opportunity

PE Global is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager on behalf of one of Saudi Arabia's fastest-growing private healthcare groups. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, where the client is expanding its network of hospitals and healthcare facilities. The role is central to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, infection prevention, and patient experience across all operations.

Role Summary

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping and environmental services across multiple healthcare facilities in Riyadh. This involves leading teams to ensure consistently high standards are met across patient, clinical, public, and administrative areas. This operational leadership position offers the opportunity to shape housekeeping standards within a growing healthcare network and support the successful opening of new facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-site housekeeping operations across hospitals in Riyadh, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and patient experience.
  • Manage and develop Housekeeping Supervisors and teams, including workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain housekeeping, infection prevention, and QHSE standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee cleaning protocols, linen services, equipment, and supplies, while managing external housekeeping contractors.
  • Drive continuous improvement through inspections, audits, KPIs, and corrective action plans.
  • Support the opening and mobilization of new hospitals, ensuring housekeeping services are fully operational and standards are embedded from day one.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing housekeeping operations within hospitals, healthcare facilities, or large hospitality environments.
  • Previous healthcare housekeeping experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading housekeeping teams and managing operational performance.
  • GCC experience is an advantage.
  • Experience managing female staff accommodation is an advantage.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, infection prevention, and healthcare hygiene standards.
  • Understanding of QHSE and hospital accreditation requirements.
  • Strong leadership, planning, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between healthcare facilities across Riyadh as required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular travel and presence across various healthcare facilities within the city to oversee operations effectively.
