About the Role
Lucid Motors Saudi Arabia is seeking a part-time HR Business Partner Associate to support the HRBP Manager in delivering HR services and initiatives. This role is designed for early-career HR professionals looking to gain exposure to HR Business Partnering within a dynamic environment. The position focuses on execution, coordination, analysis, and administrative support, contributing to strategic HR practices.
Role Context and Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner Associate will act as a key coordination point between employees, managers, and HR. This role involves assisting with employee relations, HR operations, reporting, and day-to-day HR activities. The primary focus is on supporting the HRBP Manager in executing HR programs and policies, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating follow-up actions from meetings with business leaders. Maintaining accurate HR records and organizational data is also a key function.
Employee and Talent Support
This role provides support for employee relations and talent management functions. Responsibilities include assisting with employee inquiries and routine employee relations matters, supporting investigations and case management as directed, and ensuring employee concerns are tracked and escalated. Additionally, the associate will support performance management cycles, talent review preparation, and coordinate learning and development activities and employee engagement initiatives. Support for onboarding and employee lifecycle processes will also be required.
HR Analytics and Reporting Support
The HR Business Partner Associate will contribute to HR analytics and reporting efforts. This includes preparing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports, analyzing HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and hiring progress, and supporting workforce reporting requests from business leaders and HR stakeholders. Ensuring data accuracy across HR systems and reporting tools is a critical aspect of this function.
Organizational and Administrative Functions
This position involves providing essential organizational and administrative support to the HRBP function. Key tasks include scheduling meetings, maintaining action trackers for HRBP activities, and assisting in policy communication and employee awareness initiatives. The role also supports HR projects and continuous improvement efforts, and coordinates with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and HR Operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.
