About the Role

Atheeb Catering Company is seeking an HR Officer/Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources to support various HR functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and supporting the hiring process.
  • Manage the employee onboarding process, preparing necessary documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance data, and other essential HR documentation.
  • Provide support for payroll processing, including managing salary, overtime, and leave records, as well as employee benefits administration.
  • Address employee concerns, facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts, and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure employee adherence to company policies, procedures, and the code of conduct.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and established company standards.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including supporting performance reviews, appraisals, and the development of employee plans.
  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills.
  • Prepare HR reports for management, covering metrics such as attendance, turnover, recruitment, and workforce data.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Understanding of performance management principles.
  • Proficiency in HR software.
  • Experience with training and development coordination.
