About the Role
Atheeb Catering Company is seeking an HR Officer/Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources to support various HR functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and supporting the hiring process.
- Manage the employee onboarding process, preparing necessary documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance data, and other essential HR documentation.
- Provide support for payroll processing, including managing salary, overtime, and leave records, as well as employee benefits administration.
- Address employee concerns, facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts, and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure employee adherence to company policies, procedures, and the code of conduct.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and established company standards.
- Assist with performance management processes, including supporting performance reviews, appraisals, and the development of employee plans.
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills.
- Prepare HR reports for management, covering metrics such as attendance, turnover, recruitment, and workforce data.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Understanding of performance management principles.
- Proficiency in HR software.
- Experience with training and development coordination.
