About Augustus Media
Augustus Media is seeking an HR & Operations Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports the essential functions of the Human Resources department and oversees general office operations within the company.
The Role
The HR & Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department. This includes managing personnel records, overseeing data management, assisting with policy creation, and providing recruitment support. Additionally, the role involves managing various aspects of office operations and logistics to ensure efficient functioning across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records, such as employment contracts and PTO requests.
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Oversee office operations and logistics, including managing housekeepers and transportation services.
- Facilitate and book regional trips to the KSA office.
- Manage government portals for company administration, deadlines, licenses, tenders, recruitment, and internships.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Supervise HR procedures and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of company employees.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of all departments.
- Assist the team in conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in HR & Operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
- Good conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
Work Environment and Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, supporting various departmental operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.
