About the Role

PrimeGate for Communications and IT is seeking experienced HRMS Technical Consultants to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves the implementation, customization, integration, support, and enhancement of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). The role requires strong technical expertise, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver efficient HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and customize HRMS solutions according to business requirements.
  • Analyze technical and functional requirements to propose effective system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between HRMS and other enterprise applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement activities.
  • Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational policies.
  • Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to end users as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRMS implementation, development, integration, or support.
  • Strong experience with HRMS platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and database technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and reporting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting business-critical systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP and HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics HR, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.
  • Knowledge of HR processes including Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Management, and Performance Management.
  • Relevant HRMS or ERP certifications are considered a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
