About the Human Resources Clerk Role
شركة توريد الأعمال للتشغيل والصيانة is seeking a Human Resources Clerk to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in human resources administration.
Core Responsibilities
The Human Resources Clerk will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks essential to the efficient functioning of the HR department. This includes maintaining accurate employee records, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and consistently.
- Prepare employment-related reports and submit them to the relevant specialists.
- Record new employees' personal data and verify the completeness of submitted documents.
- Process employment, promotion, transfer, and loan requests, and follow up on their status.
- Collect additional data as required for HR functions.
- Record events that affect employee status and update their registered data accordingly.
- Save supporting documents for employee-related events and notify the relevant authorities.
Confidentiality and Data Integrity
A critical aspect of this role involves upholding the highest standards of confidentiality. The Human Resources Clerk must handle all employee data with care and ensure its security.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee data and handle it with utmost care.
- Ensure that employee data is not leaked and is only shared with authorized parties according to established instructions.
