As a key player in our HR department, you will support daily operations by coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employment Contracts & Onboarding: Prepare, review, and ensure all employment contracts are compliant with labor laws, coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, post job vacancies, and manage candidate databases, preparing job offers and rejection letters.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee files, ensuring compliance with policies and generating periodic reports.
  • Training and Development Coordination: Organize training sessions, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment contract best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Fluency in English is essential.
