The Human Resources Coordinator will be a vital part of our team, focusing on supporting the Tamheer Program. This program is designed to enhance the skills of Saudi nationals and provide them with valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating HR activities related to the Tamheer Program
  • Support employee onboarding and training initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Saudi Nationals Only
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program (check eligibility on the HRDF portal)

Program Duration: 6 Months

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
  • No working experience in the last 6 months.
