About Le Meridien and the Role

Le Meridien, part of the Marriott International portfolio of brands, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting Human Resources operations and maintaining efficient administrative processes within the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain filing systems for Human Resources documents.
  • Prepare and type office correspondence using computer applications.
  • Distribute and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms.
  • Answer phone calls and accurately record messages.
  • Create new employee personnel files and ensure their proper setup.
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and inquiries.
  • Maintain the designated area for application completion, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and accessible.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
