Key Responsibilities

• Participate in defining the main objectives, plans, and programs for HR operations.
• Directly supervise the management, planning, and organization of HR operations.
• Monitor work teams and ensure the availability of necessary technical and human resources for optimal efficiency.
• Contribute to developing HR operations management objectives and establishing frameworks for measuring plan achievement.
• Develop detailed plans, programs, and projects for HR operations and procedures, managing their continuous improvement and implementation.
• Monitor changes in HR policies and coordinate with relevant departments to update HR operations, including leaves, transfers, training, and promotions.
• Identify resource needs for HR operations management, including financial, human, and administrative supplies.
• Supervise the preparation of HR operations summaries and reports for senior management, discussing challenges, developments, and future initiatives.

Required Experience and Qualifications
