We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing human resources policies and procedures while providing logistical support for projects and events.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow all approved HR policies and procedures to ensure organized and consistent implementation of work.
  • Carry out daily HR operations according to established standards and procedures.
  • Collect, analyze, and compile employee data and prepare required reports for internal and regulatory needs.
  • Act as a coordinator for HR events and projects and provide logistical support.
  • Provide HR services to employees and follow up on their needs to ensure requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews for selected candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Assist in preparing various HR documents to support the department's workflow.
  • Draft memoranda and emails to ensure clear communication with relevant parties.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze data.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and systems.
  • Good command of English.
